Hello this is Amanda with BodyGlow. Prices are $63 per session. Sessions are one half hour. There's a half hour minimum.  If you're interested in setting up an appointment please contact me at 734-678-4846. Payments are processed in advance. A complete refund will be given immediately upon cancellation request as long as there is 24 Hr. advanced notice. Any cancellations within 24 Hrs. of the appt time will be charged a $32 cancellation fee. Thank you for choosing Body Glow I'm looking forward to meeting you.

I offer personalized in-home bodycare. All-natural and holistic aromatherapy, complete massage, head-to-toe exfoliation, herbal wraps, hot stone massage and more. Pick you favorite delightful ingredients and I will gather them together  especially with you in mind. I will meet you wherever you are comfortable and I offer no less than complete satisfaction or your next session is FREE

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know them on a holistic and personalized level in order to serve them with all the caring and nurturing support they need. I pride myself on my clients happiness and making sure they're needs are met before anything else.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have done client services and personalized care since I was a teenager. I also do continual training on all of the latest techniques and courses that are focused on all natural, herbal, holistic remedies and massage therapy.

How did you get started in this business?

I come from a long line of family members who suffer arthritis, poor leg circulation, working hard labor jobs and raising families to do better than they did. So with the utmost respect for my family I decided that I wanted to bring all of the amazing wonderful gifts of touch and herbal therapy to those who need it most. On their own terms and in their own environment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Elderly, disabled, high end clientele, I've done home visits, office visits and hotel room visits. The client is always responsible for the cost of any room rental fees and for a minimum price of a standard one hour session which is $69.95 for an aromatherapy facial. This is the lowest price you can pay for any service. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was lucky enough to get a client who happened to be a celebrity.. All though I can't reveal their identity, I will tell you that I am not only a huge fan of this person... I now have a standing and open invitation to work with this person whenever he's in town. I'm very grateful. Hint: He's got a major 'RIDE' with style and I can't wait to watch him 'WALKING' back next time he's in

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Please take the time to gather all the details and make sure they offer what it is you're looking for. Check prices and be sure you get the neccessary information provided to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Ask lots of questions and be sure to get a business card or other information for identification purposes. Make sure they have a working phone number and that you are the one making the decisions. The customer is Always right!!! Lol

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Don't be afraid to ask the hard questions. After all, you're the one paying for the services not the other way around. If they don't seem polite or concerned about your well-being then they probably aren't going to be much different in person. Take the time to have a conversation.
