My name is Anna Marie Barnes LMT, a licensed massage therapist a proud owner of Underground Spa Wellness LLC. With over six years of hands-on clinical experience working alongside in a chiropractic professionals, I specialize in therapeutic massage focused on pain relief, mobility restoration, and overall wellness.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Physical Therapy from the Philippines, which gives me a strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and rehabilitative care. My approach combines deep tissue massage, manual stretching, cupping therapy, and hot and cold compress treatments to help clients recover from lower back pain, and shoulder tension.
