How did you get started?

I discovered massage while in the IT field. From days of sitting at a desk for ours at a time, I could feel my body changing due to the bad posture in my back, neck and shoulders. Pain medication was never an option for me, so began my search for holistic methods. Massage caught my attention and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the years, I've had the pleasure of meeting others from all walks of life. Everyone from the stay at home parent, office professional, professional athletes, dancers, teachers, etc. A large portion of my current client base, consists of those who have suffered from some form of athletic injury. From weight lifters, Crossfit athletes, competitors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?

Do your research! There are countless of massage technicians to choose from and it can be overwhelming to decipher how one provider can be different from the dozens of others.

Look at their background and do not be afraid to ask questions. This is your one and only body whose hands you are placing your trust into to care for.
