Massage therapy has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old. I've been licensed since 2010. Over the years I've studied massage through various means as a hobby. Old books, videos, seminars, even private lessons. My friends and family encouraged me to go to The National Massage Therapy Institute for my formal training and national certification. I have training in deep tissue, Swedish, pressure point, and various stretching techniques.
