What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake form is filled out by customer then is reviewed by me. The customer is instructed about draping, starting position on the table. I exit so customer can get in the table. I come back into the room to perform the massage. Then I exit the room after the service is complete. The customer gets dressed, pays for the service, gets home-care instructions and leaves.
