Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a client to share with some apprehension of an up-coming competition she was preparing for and she asked me for advice and exercise to help her prepare. I gave the exercises before and after her daily workout. The service advice really helped with mental block and she was able to overcome her fears and apprehension about the competition.
