What is your typical process for working with a new client?
If you are interested in Physical or Massage Therapy, we ask that you contact our office directly to discuss details (any injury, goals, insurance coverage for Physical Therapy, days/times that work best for your schedule).

Amy Owens, Licensed PTA and LMT
Specialty training in Orthopedics and Wellness. Alumni of Towson University and Baltimore School of Massage
Amy’s passion for wellness and expert hands-on approach helps discover the root cause of your condition. She personally understands the keys to fast results.
She’s the Chairperson of the Health and Wellness Ministry at her church.
In her spare time, she enjoys healthy cooking and cycling. She loves spending time with her family, supporting her children in their soccer, basketball and football activities.

Physical Therapy: we accept MOST inurance plans and you are now able to receive at least your initial evaluation and starting visits WITHOUT a doctor referral.
Massage Therapy:
30 Minute Session - $50
60 Minute Session - $100
90 Minute Session - $150
