How did you get started in this business?
I started with learning Reiki in 2011 and then taught it (still am) and when I took a continuing education course titled Reiki and the Musculoskeletal System that's what got me interested in the human body and massage.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Elderly, cancer patients (inpatient and outpatient), teens.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask if they're licensed and what their continuing education training is one they got out of school. Also, how many hands-on training hours did they have in school and when did they graduate.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Check into your body awareness and see where the pain/discomfort is in their body and how do they think it began? What helps the issue and what makes it worse?
