Soothing Serenity Therapeutic Massage
About
I beleive my business stands oit cause I take the time to go over the clients intake form and do a proper assessment to see what needs to be treated and go over a plan to help them feel better.
It’s cliche, but I truly enjoy helping people and making them feel better. whether its just stress relief or pain relief. If I can make them feel better than when they walked in, then I diid my job.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them. Find out about their lives. Once they fill out the intake form, I will then do a proper assessment to see how I can best help them. Once I have an idea/plan I will talk it over with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve had my business since 2007 and am always learning more. Ive learned about pregnancy massage and myofascial release. I’m planning on taking classes to also work on kids/infants and become a certified infant massage instructor.
How did you get started in this business?
I always was giving friends and family massages. I just thought I’d attend a workshop to get some pointers and I was hooked.
What types of customers have you worked with?
General contractors, plumbers, fence installers, office workers, police, firefighters
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was at a vendor event and was giving a chair massage. The person started off with a 10min and after the 10min was up, they ended up doing another 20min after. They then book a deep tissue massage for the next week cause I made them feel that good.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they actually talk to you. Find out about you to help them, help you and to be truthful on the intake form. Something even minor might be a big deal in what treatment you get. If you’re diabetic there are certain things that shouldn’t be done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of modalities are they trained in and how long have they been doing them. Have they passed a background and CORI check.
