Owner Jennifer is a licensed massage therapist, Reiki Master, reflexologist with advanced training in medical massage, Craniosacral and manual lymphatic work. Her approach integrates a variety of techniques—including light to deep pressure, trigger point work, reflexology, and energy-based therapies—always tailored to meet each client exactly where they are.
