What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple.. Just word of mouth. I get a phone call and find out their needs and weak points. Due to my own issues, i specialize in cancer patients as well as those that have had joint replacements

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am not licensed, therefor only accept tips as payment. However, my experience lies in the fact that I was a paramedic. THat is where i took additional orthopedic and muscular systems training. I am still an emt and know the exact pressure points to elicit an endorphine response
