Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would ask our new clients to arrive about 10-15 minutes early to have enough time to fill out an intake forma so we can start their appointments right on time. Even with the intake form, we still review the form with the client and ask them what they would like to be done before their treatment starts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our 60-minute Swedish (moderate pressure) is $72. To upgrade to Deep Tissue it's $10. To upgrade to Hot Stone it's $15.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my first business in 2010 right out of school. My first location was started in Medford. After 2 fabulous years a growing, I relocated the business to Methuen. North Andover is our 2nd location and it is growing faster than the 1st. Very exciting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say all. From infants to geriatrics. From the healthiest to oncology recoverees. If we can help, we will offer. We will let the client know right up front if we can not help them. We will not just fake it through here just to earn a client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for the therapists experience level, how long they've been with the company, how many clients they see on average per week. These types of questions will show the experience level and what you can expect from the therapist. But remember, just because they are new doesn't mean they aren't good. This just gives a guidline of what to expect.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are your needs. Do you really need a full body massage or do you need specific work done. Do you have areas you just do not want massaged. Do you have areas you wished would be worked on a little longer than others; like scalp or feet. You truly need to know specifically what you are looking for and voice it so you will get that near perfect massage. It's not always about what you are paying for a massage, it should be ALL about the quality of the massage. That is partly your job to voice ahead so we know.
