I got started as a massage therapy student at Branford Hall career institute right after high school. It was always a passion of mine and the more I learned about massage the more  I loved it.

Over the past 10+ year I have worked with clients with chronic pain, Injuries, headaches/ migraines, kids, elderly, and many others

I currently work at a chiropractic office and it always makes me feel amazing when the clients tell me the massage is what helps them the most.

Always make sure you are completely comfortable with your Massage therapist. The session is about you and you are never obligated to fully disrobe if you do not wish to.

What areas do you really need to be worked on and what is your expected outcome? Is Massage something you and willing make apart of your regular wellness routine?
