Frequently asked questions

My typical process with a client is creating some room for comfort,  before setting up my table I'll give a few samples to smell and pick from while I set my table up. Including a catalog that they can look through while waiting. Once everything is all set up, I will have a quick but thorough conversation about a treatment plan that fits the individual. I will then leave the room allowing the client to prepare for the session.

I have been licensed since June, 2016.
Deep Tissue is high in demand due to the benefits of muscle manipulation.
Swedish works wonders for Relaxation great for Blood circulation
Myofascial Release is definitely one of my favorites due to witnessing same day results when working with your restrictions in mobility.

Sports Therapy is great for the athletes that are looking to get their body relaxed of tension for more training and better performance!

I will also be bringing new modalities to the sessions soon. Stay Tuned! Ask Questions! Stay Hydrated !

On my website .

When I was young I would help my mother with her Neuropathy. She was diabetic, and because of her diabetes she began to suffer from nerve damage which used to cause her a lot of pain so I would always take care of her. She would say that I was the only one who could make the pain stop so around 2016 I went to school for massage to help others through their pain. I promised myself that I would keep learning to bring healing to all who came my way.

Typically I work with people who work remotely, Most people find it comforting to have a massage from the safety of their home.

I got to work with someone and have a great experience with eye opening conversation.

My advice to you is to be respectful and forthcoming with any questions that you may have. Be open about health conditions with your practitioner.
