Our journey began in 2001 when my mother and I decided to take massage therapy courses together at the Palmer Institute of Massage and Bodywork. We loved it and took more than 1600 hours of courses in many different modalities: Polarity Therapy, Table Shiatsu, Table Zen Shiatsu, Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Massage, Structural Massage, Chair Massage, Sports/Repetitive Injury Massage, Ayurveda, Reiki, ARCH (R), Foot Reflexology, to name a few. In 2006 we got our certificates and began to convert part of our home into a massage studio. In 2009 we got our individual massage licenses and in 2014 we completed the process and got our massage studio licensed. We are now fully licensed and insured and accepting new clients.

We were driven to open our own business because we felt we had a unique product to share with the world. We offer Dual therapist massage and energy bodywork sessions that are custom designed for the client. We do a thorough initial consultation to assess the greatest need of the client.

If you have anxiety, stress, back pain, carpal tunnel, in need of relaxation, looking for guidance with spiritual growth, looking for a unique energy bodywork experience, or looking to experience a dual therapist session, you are the ideal client for us.  Our typical client is often looking for support both physically and spiritually.  While coming for help with relaxation and pain relief, most of our clients are on or starting out on their spiritual journey and seeking a little guidance.

We enjoy teaching classes to help people see alternative ways and getting relief for what ails them.

It is important to fully disclose everything going on with you, health wise, so the therapists can give you exactly what you need and want. Conbsider being up front and vocal about pressure and pain level comfort.  Telling a therapist about what you like and don't like or what is comfortable or uncomfortable allows the therapist to be more effective for you.  Also, we understand that not everyone is a fit for what we do, but as long as you come in with an open mind, we can work to find a way to help you, whether it is with us or a collegue.

What is it you are really looking for?

Do you want to just feel relaxed? Or do you want relief that may be more lasting or therapeutic? Are you looking for guidance?  Do you have specific health/healing goals that we may be able to help you with?

Are you taking what your therapist does seriously or do you have unrealistic expectations?

Therapists want to help you, but they cannot always meet expectations that you don't express.  Be up front and take an active role in your own healing.
