Hi! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 20 years experience. I have a private, quiet studio in Metairie that has plenty of parking, is safe and very easy to get to. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy and Prenatal Massage. I graduated from the University of Southern Miss in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine and Minor in Nutrition. I completed Blue Cliff School of Therapeutic Massage in June of 1999 and was licensed by the State of La in August of 1999. Through the years I have had the privilege to get to work on all different types of people from the stressed business owner to the professional athlete needing to stay healthy! As a former NFL cheerleader I understand and appreciate how important mind body wellness is! I would love to have the opportunity to be your Massage Therapist!
