When working with a new client I will typically ask a few questions about their day to day lifestyle and activity levels in order to assess where to start. I also like to discuss and injuries, surgeries, and pain patterns past and present that may help me to treat their muscle discomfort, tension, and misalignment with more accuracy. 

I have over 1,000 hours of clinical training in different therapeutic massage modalities. In addition to classic Swedish massage, I hold advanced certifications in Traditonal Hawai'ian Lomi Lomi, Kua Lua Backwalking, Hāpai Pre- and Post- Natal Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Deep Tissue Massage.

  The traditional 60min Lomi Lomi is the perfect treatment length for weekly maintenance. It is ideal for clients with no specific pain patterns or serious soft tissue injuries they would like to work on. This treatment length is also ideal for new clients who would like to sample Lomi Lomi for the first time!            
• Traditional 90min Lomi Lomi Massage

  The optimal treatment length to assure proper attention to your problem areas, while still allowing time for a full body pick-me-up.
• Traditional 120min Lomi Lomi Massage
  $180.00 
  For specific injuries, trigger points, and advanced postural misalignments that require focused attention, my 120min Lomi Lomi is the best choice. The added time allows for every problem area to be properly assessed and treated, while still providing a balanced massage that addresses the entire body.
• Lomi Hāpai Pre- and Post- Natal Massage 60min
  $100.00 
  The 60min Lomi Hāpai is the perfect treatment length for weekly maintenance during and in the months shortly after pregnancy. It is ideal for mothers and expecting mothers who would like to sample Lomi Lomi for the first time! It is wonderful to be able to experience the physical and spiritual benefits of Lomi Lomi during this positively magical time in your life! *This treatment is done in a sidelying position, with pillows under the body for support (rather than in prone) after 13 weeks gestation* All oils used in this treatment are unscented.
• Lomi Hāpai Pre- and Post- Natal Massage 90min

• Kua Lua Hawai'ian Backwalking 60min
  $130.00 
  This particular branch of Lomi Lomi is done almost entirely with the feet! Kua Lua is performed on a mat set down on the floor, and is done with little to no use of oil. It is ideal for clients with chronic lower and upper back pain, as well as mild scoliosis or sciatica. In my own personal experience receiving Kua Lua, is has proven to be a deeply spiritual experience. "A bridge is created allowing deeper spiritual connection of the client to his or her own kua" or soul lineage, represented by the backbone.
