At Poise Massage & Wholistics we provide an individualistic approach to massage. Clients who suffer from chronic pain or injury are our most returning clientele. Here at Poise we ease and focus on the neuromuscular issues and concerns of each individual. However , we offer amazing specialty massages for relaxation and mental stimulation as well. Our goal is to educate the community on the benefits of massage, treating it as a necessity rather than a luxury.
Massage has always been considered a gift rather than a career . I have 6 years of experience as a massage therapist . The most gratifying part of massage is experiencing the recovery and progress of each client. Massage is a part of alternative medicine and I take pride in the fact that I am a natural healer

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client who isn't experienced with massage is recommended to book a Swedish massage which is used for mainly relaxation . This gives the therapist a chance to identify and assess the issues and concerns of the client. This is also another way for the client to familiarize themselves with how massage is performed and touch .
