Hello and Welcome to BWell Massage Therapy
My name is Anika Cain, I graduated from the Bellus Academy in 2013 in Southern California with 700 hours of Massage Therapy training. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and have been practicing Bodywork In California, Kentucky and North Carolina in a variety of settings. I am qualified in several modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Spa Treatments. I have taken classes in Oncology Massage, Reiki First Degree, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Infant Massage. I believe that Massage Therapy is a vital part in caring for our body and health and has a powerful impact on our well being.
Helping my clients feel their best and improving their health is my number one goal and it's what drives me. It's my goal to make massage therapy treatments part of each of my clients health regimen. No matter if you just need 50 min to relax and recharge from your everyday life or if you have injuries/pain or mobility problems. Each client has unique challenges and I am here to help.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can book online or call.
Due to covid-19 I will be wearing a mask and take each clients temperature before entering the building. Each client also has to wear a mask.
Please arrive about 10-15min prior to your appointment and give me a call when you arrive so I can pick you up from outside the building.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have excess training in a variety of massage modelities.
Including:
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Infant Massage and Spa treatments.
