About
Hello I am Teri,
I have been a licensed massage therapist, herbalist and natural healer for over 20 years here in Lexington, KY. I love what I do, that my job is to help people find health solutions, manage or stop pain and make their lives healthier and happier.
I love learning and each new client is an opportunity to learn from them how to help them. I am constantly looking for solutions for my clients, discovering and learning new techniques to solve their issues, and if I can’t help, I will help them find someone who can.
I have over 20 years active hands on experience and that gives me many tools and techniques to find a solution for you.

How did you get started in this business?
I guess you xan say I was born into it. My mother owned heath food stores from the time I was 3 years old, so I basically grew up in the business. I have a life long education with suppliments and natural ways. Eventually I made my way back to my roots, and began my own career as a Natural Healing practitioner.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people from several different countries, backgrounds and walks of life but the one thing they all have in common is they were ready to find a better way, a way to heal themselves and not just treat their symptoms or be identified by disease. Diss-ease in the mind creates disease in the body. I believe everything is healable, if you are willing to work at it and you do so early enough. I help people discover lifestyle as medicine.
