You won't get an ordinary massage or pain rehabilitation session with me! I strive to treat each client as unique as they are. I go above and beyond to create a plan to help each client achieve their goals, whether the goal is pain relief, strengthening, toning, or relaxation.
I am a dedicated and passionate licensed massage therapist, neuromuscular trainer, and nurse. Through the variety of services I offer at my health center, Vim & Vigor, I am right by my client's side, encouraging, educating, and delivering impactful care.
I enjoy everything about what I do! I am diligent about seeing the progression of my client's pain released, balance restored, and strength renewed from session to session.
I tailor each client session for their individual needs, and it is my greatest joy to see their goals actualized!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you fill out an intake form, we will talk about your preferences and discuss your goals for the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to nursing school at Purdue University and received a BSN in 1994. I earned two neuromuscular training certifications for two different medical devices in 2009 and 2018. My expertise allows me to support people seeking to prevent and recover from chronic pain, injury, and post-surgery rehabilitation. I attended Advanced Therapeutic Massage school in 2018 and became licensed in 2019.
