What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will take an intake of the customers past medical experiences and medications and then complete an initial assessment with them when they arrive. Then we will customize their treatment for their individual needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Medical license in Ohio Kentucky and Indiana. Nursing license in Ohio and Kentucky. Multiple certifications and continuing education credits.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Relaxation massage (light to medium pressure) $80 for 60 minutes and $110 for 90 minutes. Any specialized massage such as deep tissue lymphatic drainage etc is $90 for 60 min and $120 for 90 min.
How did you get started in this business?
I loved to help others and found natural healing to be a big passion in my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have seen every type of customer from a smaller 5' tall woman to a Bengals defensive line player. Everyone receives the same quality of care from me!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions!!! Do not be afraid to speak up about something you don't understand or like; both before and during the session. Feedback is essential to the therapist being able to meet your needs!

Tell them what your expectations/goals are for your experience. Then ask them how they are going to help you achieve your goals.
