What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As customer comes in we have to scan their temperature so that we don't take anybody has a fever. We recommend customer to wear a mask. If you don't have one we can provide one. Then you fill out the intake form. We discuss about the problems you have and work out a session plan. Then We Will offer you a professional massage!
