Not a former/current employee, but going to Tranquilty is such a relaxing experience. All employees are pleasant each time and they make sure that they can serve you in the best way possible. Sometimes going to a salon/spa can be nerve wracking because of the uncomfortable vibe you get, but not at Tranquility!
