Health Hands And Happiness

I feel that being a multi sport athlete for over 30 years, a massage therapist and relaxation specialist for eight years, is what has given me the gift of understanding the importance of physical, spiritual and mental wellness. I have provided my services to a variety of people. From the avid athlete seeking to better their performance, to the receiver simply needing some relief from a long week or day, I guarantee excellence.

I truly don’t feel that massage therapy is work. Knowing I’m contributing to the health and well-being of a receiver, is a wonderful reward. Relieving someone of discomfort, promoting athletic ability, bringing clarity, relieving stress or simply just relaxation, I enjoy being available for people in need.
