Hello, My name is Anthony DeFily. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 2 years now. I have 1 year experience working at Hand and Stone and in that time have built up a solid client base. I specialize in relaxation Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, myofascial release, CBD massage and hot stone massage. I give a great relaxing massage but I also take personal pride in my ability to help my clients recover from painful injuries, and I give helpful strengthening and stretching advice to stay pain free long after. Every client is different and so the work we do will be tailored to your needs.
