I’ve been studying and practicing bodywork for over 15 years. I specialize in emotional and physical trauma and chronic condition management using a blend of modalities including bodywork, movement therapy, and nutritional education to help the mind-body heal itself. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise Specialization and I am also certified Level 1 by Precision Nutrition.
