MASSAGE AND BODY WORK:
I am a Illinois Licensed National Board Certified Madsage Therapist. I utilize various techniques and modalities specific to your needs in order to relax, relieve pain, assist in healing injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress and general over all health and wellness. Each treatment is personalized to your comfortablility.
I have worked with various physicians over the last 20 years focusing on medical massage treating auto accidents and personal injuries.
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT:
I provide physicians credentialing, EHR data entry, insurance verification, pre-authorization, claims submission, follow up, patient billing, scheduling and patient reminder calls for various types of physicians.
I have a HIPAA compliant home based office and network of professionals for those doctors that wish to utilize their clinic staff to focus on the patients and cut the over head costs.
Why pay wages of 6-8 hours for chit chats, bathroom and smoke breaks or for the burnt out nonproductive employees when you can pay per job standard amount.
The most enjoyable part of my job is helping people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MASSAGE & BODY WORK:
I arrive and setup meanwhile you fill out a brief health history. I will go over the history, we will discuss past treatments what worked what didn't and begin your treatment after I will share what I found and go over your treatment options if you would like to continue.
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT:
We will set your a meeting and go over the services you need assistance with. When you accept my services I will go over the contract, collect the physicians identifier numbers and set up fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in medical and health administration fields. Cross trained in front and back office, patient care, physical therapy and rehabilitation.

How did you get started in this business?
Started out a volunteer candy striper at a local hospital, earned my CNA, fell in love with holistic and alternative health and was fortunate enough to work with doctors that cross trained and educated and allowed me to focus on my talents and strengthen my weaknesses!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages and ethnicities. From infants suffering with colic, athletic teens with tight or imbalanced muscles to adults and elderly with chronic pain and acute injuries.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure your therapist is licensed and displays their state license in plain site. Don't hesitate to ask any question you may have regarding your treatment. If you do not understand, ask them to clearify the explanation so that you can understand. Never be embarrassed to ask questions. Always give feedback during your treatment in regards to pressure. Your treatment should be enjoyable and relaxing not painful.
