For a first time full body massage that I ever got in my life....I though the massage was excellent & thorough. It was a 90 min session and she was patient & professional throughout. My body is now relaxing as I type this. I’m planning on getting another one end of the month because she is offering a promotion for the holidays. Can’t beat that.
If anyone is considering getting a massage, get one for 90 min. It gives time to work the whole body.

Frequently asked questions

At appt time, the client would fill out a client intake form. I review it and ask the client questions and come up w/ a  treatment plan making sure to address all issues. I check in on occasion making sure my pressure is to their liking. After the appt, I ask them how they feel and we talk about what I felt if they want to know.  We set up another appt, if applicable.

I have a Massage Certificate from WMTI in Woodridge completing their massage program from 2006- 2008. Ive been in business 14 yrs w/well over 1,000 hours in the massage therapy field.

Yes.

60 mins - $90

90 mins - $120

Loved getting massages and felt so good afterwards.  I wanted others to be pain free so I would massage friends and family.

All sorts I have worked w/ a chiro for 10 yrs so I know how to work w/all sorts of conditions like whiplash, sciatica, migranes/headaches, thoracic outlet syndrome, golfer's/tennis elbow, hip, knee pain, etc  Ive also worked in a spa for 10 yrs and do deep tissue and relaxation massage.

Know what your issues are, the type of massage you need,  the amount of pressure you require and how valuable massage can be when done regularly.  Massage is not a luxury it is a necessity as we age to get everyday kinks and pains out of the bodyand should be done at least monthly- -2x month if an athlete or bodybuilder
