I'm a Licensed massage therapist with lots of experience in a chiropractic office. I specialize in Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports, and Strength Therapy. My studio is located in Northbrook and and my working hours Monday-Friday (9am -5pm). I take great joy in helping people improve their health and live an active lifestyle through Massage Therapy. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll usually ask clients a few questions before we begin in order to determine where to focus my massage and what they’re looking to get out of the session. After that, I’ll stop talking to let them relax and fully immerse themselves into the massage experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Illinois School of Massage Therapy in 2007. I trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports massage. I have 10 years of experience in chiropractic offices (Chislof Chiropractic and Schulze Chiropractic Office).
What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide a supportive space for chronic pain relief, increased mobility/range of motion, emotional release, and reduced stress and tension held in your body.
