About

I do not just target muscles and posture alone, I look at the body as a whole. The body functions as a whole, which is why it is important to treat it as such. Myofascial release is critical in helping the body operate as a whole. That means working on problem areas and finding that relief to help ensure the best quality of health and wellness and a better quality of life overall.

Over the course of my near ten-year career as a massage therapist, I have adapted a variety of techniques to help the body find release. I use techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release techniques, Sports stretching, Thai Yoga stretching, and other Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques to help each massage come together as a whole. My main goal is to help each client relax and become better acquainted with their body as a healthy, functioning whole. All while focusing on problem areas, and helping each client release tension and stress.

I also offer Fire Cupping in my practice, which is a powerful tool for working into deep tissue and also feels great to recieve. I have been certified in cupping and I have also been certified as a Master Level Reiki practitioner.

I love helping people unwind and stay in tune with their body through a state of awareness in a day and age where most things are fast-paced and often overwhelming.

Frequently asked questions

I like to do a brief interview over the phone, via text, or before the session where the client can elaborate on any issues they may be experiencing with physical stress or pain related to the muscular make up. Just so I know how to tailor the massage. The next assessment comes from a hands on assessment during the session or first session. I communicate with the client, letting them know what I find and any other advice that may be helpful at the time. Afterwards, I continue with the session.

The first session can either be a shorter massage that is more focused on one area with an assessment, or a lengthier massage that includes the full-body and an assessment. Shorter massages typically run from an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes at a fixed rate. Full-body massage will extend anywhere from 90-minutes to two hour massages based on the clients needs.

I am a certified LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist), practicing for almost ten years, and I am certified in Cupping Therapy and have a Master Reiki certification.

I charge 100$ for an hour session

I charge 120$ for a 90-minute session

I also typically discount first-time clients.

It is okay to ask questions to ensure your therapist is the right select for you. Be aware of what you need and do not be afraid to ask and find the therapist that is best for you.

What is bothering you specifically? What kind of therapy has or hasn't worked for you in the past? Do you have any prior medical history that would interfere with any massage? How much experience does each therapist have with the work that they are doing?
