We are a mobile service that comes to you. We do not have a facility for you to come to, but will come to your office or home, depending on the circumstances. Please call to discuss if a home massage is wanted, as we take great care and concern for our safety and security.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to know where you're located.
Then you tell us what 'kind' of massage you want (deep tissue, sport, medical, etc.).
Then we arrive at our hourly rate, based on your locale, and what type of massage you want.
Payment is always preferred in cash, but credit cards are accepted after submitting more info about who you are, on a form we'll give you to fill out. This extra info helps protect us from those who might later deny the charge on their card, because they think they can get away without paying.
Payment is always expected, only after service has been provided. Not before.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our therapists are licensed and certified for massage.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our rates generally start at $100 per hour, for swedish or basic massage. More intensive massage, like deep tissue, costs a little more, as it's more and harder work.
We provide and will come with our massage table, massage oil, and soothing music. The hotel will furnish extra sheets for our use, at no charge. Otherwise, tell us, and we or you can provide a couple sheets for covering the massage table.
And, of course, if you're happy with the service that's been provided, we'll always gladly accept some additional bonus (tip?), to help show your appreciation for the job!

Check any reviews/recommendations the person has, as this is a good indication of their expertise.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Just what's been bothering them lately, and what their physical history is, involving problems they've had in the past.
