I have a passion for health and wellness. Simplistic Holistics is eating healthy, exercise, and getting the occasional massage for any dysfunction you may have from daily activities or working out.
I love helping clients getting back to feeling better so they can enjoy all their daily activities being pain free. My approach to my massage sessions is very clinical minded finding and using the best methods to make a successful therapy session.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before the session I like to ask what our goals are? Do you have headaches, chronic pain, anxiety, or just overall tightness? These are all things I can help with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my License in Massage after going to Cortiva and I have my personal Trainers certificate from The National Academy Of Sports Medicine. So I understand fascia and muscle compensations. How to manually treat them with massage and how to do corrective exercises/stretches.

How did you get started in this business?
After going to school one of teachers saw my potential and asked me to be a part of her business in downtown Crystal lake. Her business is 2 the Core and she's been doing massage therapy and teaching for almost 30 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with blue collar labor, athletes, pre and post surgery, sitting at a desk or driving all day. Clinical massage for all types of people.
