A Natural Mind And Body
About
I am a mobile massage therapy company that believes in bringing positive energy and the spa to your unique space! I believe in only providing exceptional service to every client that I work with.
I graduated from the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy, the number one school for clinical massage therapy in the country in 2016. While in school, I interned at a small private Spa in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood. I acquired skills such as hot stone massage that I did not learn in school.
I specialize in quite a few modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, geriatric, Sports, and Clinical massages ( these type of massages require ongoing appointments until the issue is gone. Ex: carpal tunnel syndrome).
I am a natural-born helper. When I found massage, I knew I found my calling. I love working with different personalities and body types. No two bodies are the same so we all require a customized massage. I totally believe that massage is a necessity, not a luxury so I price my massages lower-than-average so everyone can't afford and exceptional massage!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
With new clients, I start with basic questions that would affect our massage at the time. There is also a quick and easy intake form that each new client fills out for my records. The information will never be shared with anyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed clinical massage therapist. I have been trained in a number of modalities and how to work with quite a few different pathologies. I've also been trained in hot stone massage per the spa I interned at during school.
Do you have a standard pricing system? If so, please share the details here.
Yes! I have very standard low prices. Please contact me directly or visit my website for more information.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a number of clients across the board. From college sports massage to geriatric massage, I've had a large client base and only will continue to grow!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I absolutely love volunteering for marathons! I love being able to help out charities that are helping everyone else out.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
Please make sure they are licensed and insured. There are a lot of massage therapist that are not licensed and that can cause serious damage if they do not know what they are truly doing. We all have friends with "great hands" but it's where they place their hands which may be the difference between a good therapist and a bad therapist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their needs?
Clients should definitely think about anything that is bothering them and what could have caused that irritation. The more knowledge that you give your massage therapist the better they can assist you with the actual problem.
