About

Description of my Services I enjoy working with people of all ages and every walk of life. Primarily I work with professional people and physical laborers who may or may not be as resilient in their recreational activities in their off time as they would like to be. I have worked with weekend warriors to serious athletes, greatly assisting them in maintaining or increasing their level of ease and coordination to achieve their exercise and fitness goals. Utilizing 30 years of practice I am able to integrate an exceptional variety of unique methods of massage therapy, from light to deep tissue, range of motion stretches and structural stabilization with advanced myofascial bodywork. I have also worked with elderly people who may have been widowed or divorced for a long while, who's health and well being can be pleasantly enhanced with my gentle compassionate approach. I can assist them with better balance and coordination with very gentle structural stabilization therapy. The classic, basic Swedish massage can also help stimulate slugish circulation, lymph drainage and enhance immune system. And finally perhaps most importantly, from my heart and soul, I love to provide the most basic of human needs, many humans are literally starved for these days, no matter their age, the pure joy of simply receiving genuinely compassionate, artistically presented nurturing touch in a safe, soothing environment. For the entirety of my 30 years of practice I am consistently awed by the feeling of gratitude that so many dear people have allowed me the honor of providing them with such a personal service, it is truly a privilege I respect and genuinely cherish. Ask class questions, just like the ones here and theyre specialties and are they willing to go over time if they find areas thst need to be worked on for a longer period to have most beneficial results and without charging and exorbitant extra charge.
What methods that set this therapist apart from the average therapist. Do they do thorough prevalluation before and on the table and reassess throughout and afterwards? Do they recommend forms of follow up maintenance and sessions for best overall long-term results.
