At Natural Choices Bodyworks, our goal is to get you back on the path of wellness through massage therapy. Our experienced licensed massage therapists will assess your needs and using multiple massage modalities provide you with a massage experience that will help relieve pain, stimulate blood flow and eliminate toxins from the body.
Our massage therapists have a minimum of 12 years massage experience and are constantly learning and growing in the field of massage. We are proud to offer Swedish, myofacial, deep tissue, trigger point, Thai massage, pregnancy massage, energy work, ayurvedic massage, hot stones and cupping.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will first meet with one of our licensed massage therapists to assess their needs and desires for the massage. The massage will be customized to each client incorperating multiple modalities to help achieve each clients goals.
