Upon receiving profound benefits from therapeutic bodywork, I began my training and have been in practice since 2012. Beyond technique and style, I view my role in treatment as engaging the nervous system, assisting the body in tapping into its innate healing capacity. I work with clients dealing with chronic pain patterns, as well as acute issues where massage can be a bridge to move into greater balance and harmony. I primarily blend acupressure, Swedish and deep tissue massage, along with myofacial-release techniques, promoting a full body reset.
