What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, inquiring what their needs are, why they have sought out a massage therapist, understanding any medical issues they have and finding out if there are any contraindications to doing massage on them, then explaining the types of modalities I incorporate into a session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Achieved credentials from the Massage Therapy Institue in Denver and graduated with Honors. Have added Certification in Advanced NMT with an ice school. Certified Quantum Touch, & Therapeutic Touch Practitioner.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$40/ 30min, $65/ 1hr, $90/ 90min I do accept CC for an additional 4% fee
How did you get started in this business?
Had a desire to help people through touch therapy, as I understand the importance of touch.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Young and old; motor vehicle accident victims; highly stressed folks; people with acute & chronic pain patterns; women in transistion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise them to look for a professional who has been in this line of work for more than 5ys
That it is their right to ask as many questions of the therapist to get to a place of understanding so they feel comfortable & safe to be massaged by said therapist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are the modalities the therapist offers in alignment what I feel I need now in this moment? Do they work with high integrity?
