About
Most of my clients say that I go into a meditative zone when I am working on them, and in turn, they go into this zone as well. In this zone is where healing happens. It is a zone that many people don't know, because they never ventured to escape the hustle and bustle, the constant speed and arousal of their central nervous system. If your massages up to now have been anything short of this, I encourage you to try it out just once.
I really enjoy seeing someone being able to reconnect with their body, and start to take care of it better. Helping someone to move better, to have a firmer step, or simply just being in a relaxed state after the session. It is a transformation that happens in a short time, pretty impressive, like a flower opening to the light of the sun.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have my clients fill up an intake form where they can tell me a little bit about their overall health, medical history and expectations for the massage session. This allows me to tailor the session in order to meet their needs. I will need their full name, phone number and an email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Carrington College in 2017 and became Idaho Certified. In 2012 I took a Hydrotherapy and Massage Course in Dickendorf Germany. I have taken continuous education consisting of Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping, Reflexology, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Gua-Sha and TriggerPoint therapy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
1 hour session $75
90 minute session SPECIAL $90 ($110 retail price)
2 hour session $130
How did you get started in this business?
After having to take physical therapy for a shoulder injury, I decided to study massage therapy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Veterans, people that do extreme sports, office workers, healthcare workers, mechanics, hair stylists, geriatric, people involved in accidents, teachers, cooks, golfers, tennis players, arborist, MMA fighters, firefighters, models, dancers, runners, truck drivers, farmers, physicians, martial arts instructors, climbers, mailmen, construction workers, people that have lost function in one or more limb, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had the experience of giving chair massages to elderly people in the community. Most of them had not received meaningful touch in a very long time. Others could not pay for the services. But, all of them loved it, and I felt very satisfied after the event. It opened my eyes to look out for the needs of my community and put my abilities to work, making somebody's day!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Just communicate with me, tell me your specific needs and I will design a session that meet those needs. If you do not know your specific needs, then we can explore them together.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should think of everything that has had an influence in causing the disfunction that they are about to address. Occupation, life's activities, habbits, changes in your daily routine, stressful events, etc. This information will help the professional a great deal in coming up with a treatment plan.
