What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they've called and set up an appointment we do a courtesy reminder the day before. Upon arrival while the client is filling out paperwork we soak their feet in a warm epsom salt and essential oil bath. Once paperwork is complete we find out what they are coming in for and how we can help. After about 10 minutes the client is on the massage table and treatment time begins once the therapist starts working on them. After the session is complete we offer water/tea and always validate for parking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All massage therapists and acupuncturists are Hawaii Licensed and have liability insurance. All of our therapists have been doing massage for a minimum of 2 years with some have 15+ years of experience. We are all very professional and skilled.
