Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we get details about any concerns that they may have. We also get an idea on what the clients expects during and upon the conclusion of the massage. We explain techniques that our therapist will perform and get client acclimated to their touch and set up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner received diploma as Certified Massage Therapist in 2006 from Lincoln Technical College in Marietta, GA and obtained state licensure thereafter. Our massage therapist is covered by liability insurance. She also completed training in Sports Nutrition from Shaw Academy in 2017. She specializes and have certification in lymphatic drainage/ post-op, prenatal, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. She is also a licensed esthetician focusing on results based skincare. We customize each session to the needs of the client.
I have also completed 1000 hours of esthetics training and provide facials and body treatments.

How did you get started in this business?
Our owner decided to go to massage therapy school because she thought it would be an interesting career choice. Crystal loves people and feels massage would allow her to connect and do what she loves most, helping people!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and range from stay at home parents to high profile celebrities.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Potential customers should do their research and make sure the professional meets their needs. We would also advise clients to take the profesisonal skill set into consideration and not just the quoted price point. Always ask questions and try to speak with a professional directly in conjuction with email correspondence.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should consider their current health history and expectations from massage or skincare services.
