Hi everyone! My name is Maya, and I am a sports massage therapist specializing in deep tissue work and trigger point therapy. I recently relocated from Miami and am now based in Richmond Hill. I specialize in deep tissue massage with a strong focus on rehabilitative and therapeutic work. My approach incorporates modalities such as cupping and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (scraping) to address muscular tension, restricted movement, and chronic or acute pain. Sessions are targeted and goal-oriented—clients typically come in with a specific area of concern, and treatment is tailored to that region to support pain management, improved mobility, and recovery.
