Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As every individual is unique and so is their need for holistic care. I first like to get to know my clients and allow them to explain their concerns and ailments as they take a momet to fill out a short intake form. I then explain to them what to expect in a routine assessment and care plan, of course, this is case by case. After understanding my clients pain and need for therapy, I am then able to provide a custom massage therapy session to better help them manage their healing process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Licensed in Geoegia after completing my 12 month certification course at Academy of Somatic Healing Arts (ASHA) in 2008.

How did you get started in this business?
I lost a close family member to suicide and in my journey to finding peace, I learned that direct touch therapy is the best prescription for anxiety and depression on any level. This lead me to learn more and I enrolled into a 12 month course in advanced massage therapy and nutrition. Since, I have been able to help thousands of people in their healing process in my 17+ year career as a full time massage therapist.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Massage Therapy offers effective healing everyone on many levels of need. I have worked with all walks of life.
I'm also certified in canine and feline massage therapy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise that you are diligent in your research. Make sure your therapist is properly trained/certified and has a current professional license. It's best to seek a therapist with mature experience especially when dealing with chronic ailments or injuries.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
An experienced, professional massage therapist is qualified to talk with the client and help determine if massage therapy is a good fit any situation. It's always helpful for the client to know their medical history in order to help us determine if there are any contraindications.
