About
I am results driven. I work to relieve or eliminate chronic pain conditions, while educating and empowering clients to contribute to their own wellbeing. My Ultimate goal is to lead clients to a position of no-longer-needing my services!
My unique, intuitive, individualized and integrated-therapeutic bodywork is tailored to meet the individual’s needs using a combination of techniques drawn from the many modalities I have been trained and certified in.
I place great emphasis on client education; teaching self-help skills in conjunction with, understanding cause and effect of what is occurring within the body. Nutritional and exercise knowledge is often shared based on information retrieved from the client's body. I have gathered a vast amount of dietary knowledge from a variety of classes and self exploration and education that I gladly share and encourage clients to do their homework by research or asking their doctors or dieticians if the knowledge I share could help them.
My favorite thing is the amazement I see from people when we eliminate their pain body and show them it is possible to feel better than they realized they could. My clients are continually amazed at the results I attain.
I am passionate about what I do and take pride in delivering excellent service. I love the challenge of helping clients get pain free. If you schedule for a 60 min session you get the entire 60 minutes not 50 minutes like many establishments. I also leave 30 min between every session so you don't have to rush and will never be kept waiting past your scheduled appointment time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a telephone consultation to make sure we are a fit- I am not for everyone- I specialize in chronic pain relief and recovery. if your goal is to decrease pain you will find no better. Once we have established that you are within my scope of practice I will give you directions to my location- my street number is not posted because I do not take drop ins, I am by appointment only- I pride myself on not keeping people waiting and ask that you arrive no more than 10 min early. - I have a dog assistant so those who are allergic to dogs should not visit me. We will review your goals assess your body and get started ...questions like what are you looking to achieve, do you have allergy's, take medications....etc then i leave the room while you get undressed and on a heated nikken magnet table dressed in soft clean flannel sheets. Once you are between the sheets and your modesty is protected I come back and begin your tailored session.

How did you get started in this business?
I was trying to figure out what to do with my life and had taken a personality test that said I would be a good teacher, nurse, computers, researcher or animal trainer - but wasn't keen on any of those for one reason or another- I was visiting a friend to have them read my profile to see if they could come up with something outside of the box- another visiting friend had a migraine headache and I got rid of it by massaging their neck and shoulders my friend said I was a "natural" and that's what I should go to school for- turns out they were right and I utilize all of my tendencies in this profession.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From age 8-92 male and female, all races
two leggeds and four leggeds
I specialize in chronic pain - most of my customers are older but I have also been successful with kids dogs and horses.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently Had an 86 year old client who has tinnitus after a session we found the ringing had greatly reduced and I didn't have to yell for her to hear me! Another client who had a shoulder surgery and could not lift her hand above her shoulder was able to extend it over her head and regain 90% range of motion in just 3 sessions after her medical doctor and physical therapist had told her that she just needed to learn to live with it there was no more improvement to be made.
i had a nine year old who had gone to the emergency room five times in one month because her asthma issues that started at age 6 had completely blocked her breath and she was literally turning blue - in two visits we stopped the asthma attacks by releasing the trigger points in her intercostal muscles( the muscles between the ribs).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be open to new ideas, and be willing to change. Pain is essentially a messenger asking you to make changes. If you are stubborn and resistant to change things will stay the same.
