What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If I'm traveling or if they're coming to me I will use 15 to 20mins before service to talk with them. Also i would use that time to do a proper assessment.

I love going to massage conventions to learn something new and, from other massage therapists. Also love reading books and staying up to date on new skills of the trade.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Hire someone who's willing to learn from you as well as you learn from them it shouldn't be all about the money.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Both customers and therapist should have good communication with one another, so both can get the best outcome.
