My personality and presence is more what you would expect from a physical therapist than your typical massage therapist. I have nothing against the more esoteric and new age elements that are often associated with my profession, I just tend to be more on the casual conservative side.

I've been practicing for 24 years and have been in the same location for 14 years, so I am very established and consistent. I like to say that God has blessed me with the physical propensity to do this work, which allows me to schedule quite a few appointments into every week and gives my clients a fair amount of availability.

I like meeting and helping people. It seems like massage tends to attract a higher caliber of people, which is a great blessing to me. I feel liked my occupation is the opposite of being a police officer (thank God for people who are willing to do that job) in that I get to see very pleasant people who are happy to see me.
