Whether you're looking for relief of chronic neck, shoulder, or low back pain, or just to relax and de-stress, I can come to your door and deliver. I have been practicing massage therapy in Tampa Bay since 2013. I incorporate Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and myofascial techniques into a flowing session. The aim is to leave you feeling and moving, much better than before.
It's incredibly rewarding to be able to relieve pain someone may have been dealing with for days, weeks, or even longer and better their quality of life.
