What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I interview them over the phone. Ask them questions about their needs, if they have any allergies, and what are their expectations for the massage? And I also inform them of the different modalities that I offer And the prices that are listed in my website. But during the interview I listen to what they have to say first. The client is very important to me and all I want is the best for them!
