Hazel Young LMT

My name is Hazel Young, I was born here in Sarasota, Florida. I became a licensed massage therapist because of my passion of helping others in their unique way. I went to school at East West College of Natural Medicine and engulfed as much knowledge as I could. As I say, “you will always be a student in life, and what it brings why not learn for the rest of your time and embrace it.”

The modalities I am offering now are:

Deep tissue to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. Deep tissue helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation.

Swedish massage which is designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. There can be a combination of kneading, rolling, percussive movements. Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions.

Therapeutic massage to relax the body and mind with light to medium pressure. It helps realign the body’s natural energy flow.

I created this massage business, to focus on my client’s unique needs doing house calls or at the office in the Mira Mar building downtown Sarasota. If you are in need of relaxation after a stressful day at work, because you’re on your feet all day or at the office typing and filing your forearms and shoulders have tightened. I can help you find a moment that will last sometime just for you to have peace in the midst of your chaos.

Take the initiative to make time for yourself during the times that you just need the self- love you give to others; remember to give is to receive and receiving is giving. I will be here for you in every step of the way to see your progress.
