What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a postural and movement assessment to determine the most likely cause of pain or dysfunction in order to ensure the most effective treatment plan.
I typically work out of a private gym and my bodywork is done fully clothed.
If you prefer a more traditional massage environment, I can arrange to do a session out of a massage establishment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed massage therapist, corrective exercise specialist, and certified personal trainer.
I have training in neuromuscular massage, myofascial release, cupping, and gua sha (myofascial scraping).
